Ensto Chago – Charge and go!

Ensto introduces the Ensto Chago product family, continuing on its way to becoming the leading supplier of electric-vehicle charging points

Ensto Chago: Because green sounds better

Ensto introduced the Ensto Chago product family and the new Ensto Chago marketing concept, envisioning green and effortless electric motoring, at the industry-leading eCarTec trade fair in Munich, on October 23–25.

“The name of the electric-vehicle charging product family, Ensto Chago, refers to easy electric motoring and charging: Charge and go! To emphasize the ecological side and the quietness that comes with electric motoring, the name is complemented by the promise ‘Because green sounds better.’ We think that the name and the new marketing concept capture the idea of our products splendidly,” says Allan Ahlgren, director of Ensto EV Charging Solutions.

Green traffic revolution

Electric motoring will change the behavior of road-users: electric vehicles are charged whenever they are parked. People driving electric vehicles require several charging points along their daily routes. Besides at home, charging should be possible where people work, at shopping centers, and at other commonly used parking facilities. Charging stations on the streets and for parking spaces will be a visible sign of the green revolution.

Besides being ecologically sound, electric vehicles are the quiet choice. These quietly running vehicles reduce noise pollution in big cities, leaving more room for other, more natural sounds. The low local carbon dioxide emissions of the electric vehicles make the environment greener, too.
