Bethlehem Parking Authority Builds a New Parking Garage

BethPark parking garage construction

The Bethlehem Parking Authority is seeking a private developer to build a new parking garage. The parking garage should have an estimated 400 parking spots at minimum and could replace the 777-spot garage on Walnut Street.

The parking garage on Walnut Street needs repairs that can lead up to $8 million. Even though the current RFP doesn’t mention the replacement, the Authority’s Executive Director says they are working closely with the city to discuss the future.
