Parkeon’s Whoosh! parking app debuts at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. With the free Whoosh! app students, faculty and staff gain a new payment method for parking. Users can register their license plate and credit card with the Woosh! system or through whooshstore.com.
Parkers don’t even need to get out of their car anymore to pay for parking. Just open the app on your smartphone, select your parking area, vehicle and space number. The app can send a reminder when the time on the virtual meter is about to expire, and people can extend their parking session from wherever they are.
