SCANaCAR

SCANaCAR is a product of Abstract Computing International BV (ACI). We have worked on increasingly innovative applications since ACI's founding in 1991. Our specialty is digital image analysis.

With this, we have built solutions that provide insight into visitor flows in public spaces such as stores, among other things. SCANaCAR, the product built on the basis of license plate recognition, is also on the list of ACI products.

Our USPs are our knowledge and capabilities concerning both the components and the total solution itself. The software is developed entirely in-house and hardware components are sourced from various suppliers. Assembly and implementation is done in cooperation with partners. We are not dependent on specific hardware: we select the appropriate devices for the best solution. We have considerable experience in the field of image recognition and we know which cameras, lighting, compact computers and combinations thereof deliver the best price/quality ratio.

Parking companies, municipalities, roadway authorities, tax services, research companies and others make use of our services.

ACI is a flexible, rapidly developing company with large customers in the governement, NGO and corporate sectors.

We are member of the Vexpan (Dutch Parking Organisation) and EPA (European Parking Association).
