State-of-the-art facilities equipped with: Nuclear Asphalt Content Gauge, NCAT ignition oven and Superpave Gyratory Compactor. We are equipped to design proprietary and custom mixes for everything from super highways to supermarkets. From roads and large research projects to testing fuels, motor oils and roofing materials - we're a resource for everything asphalt. CTL, Inc. is used by public agencies and private corporations worldwide. We are a respected resource for the consulting, testing and inspection of asphalt materials. In 1999, the Chicago Testing Laboratory and JFG Technical Center merged to form a complete resource for quality control and quality assurance of asphalt materials.
