Sense Technologies, Inc. is a public company listed on the NASDAQ (SNSG) and Canadian Venture Exchange (SSE). Sense Technologies, Inc. is a manufacturing and marketing company which holds an exclusive license for the manufacture and marketing of the Guardian AlertTM Backup Warning System for motor vehicles. The patented Guardian AlertTM Backup Warning System is a Doppler-sensing, microwave-radar technology that alerts drivers to obstacles behind them when the vehicle is in reverse. The greatest advantage of the Guardian AlertTM over other systems on the market is that the microwave radar technology works in all adverse weather conditions. In the event of an imminent rearward collision, an audio and visual warning will alert the operator inside the operator's compartment. When Production began on the Guardian Alert™, S&S became a licensee of Sense Technologies. Then, in March 1998, the Company announced that it had expanded its agreement giving S&S Distributing exclusive rights to market the Guardian Alert™ Backup Warning System to the Conversion Vehicle (trucks and vans) and recreational Vehicle markets as well as non-exclusive rights to a wide range of potential aftermarkets worldwide. Recently the agreement was further expanded to include all Commercial and Fleet Vehicles as well as Body Builders in North America.
