SMS Valet® by TEZ is the world’s first paperless valet system. With this patent-pending technology, you can streamline operations and expedite the valet process.
Clients located within the US are eligible to receive all necessary equipment to go ticketless. This kit includes 4G enabled devices with FREE data included, hang/key tags, grease pencils for labeling vehicle locations, and all the required power supplies.
SMS Valet® is so simple for guests to use, it will change the way they valet. Upon arrival, a valet asks the guest for a mobile number. Then the SMS Valet® app assigns that number to a reusable plastic key tag and sends a Welcome Text to the guest with a link for requesting their vehicle. The only thing a guest has to do when ready for their car is click the link. It’s TOTALLY EZ!
SMS Valet uses an automated four step process:
Check-in
Upon arrival, a valet asks the customer for a mobile number. The SMS Valet® app assigns that number to a reusable plastic key tag and sends a Welcome Text to the customer with instructions for requesting their vehicle. After the customer hands over the keys, the valet affixes the identifying key tag and parks the vehicle.
Park Vehicle
The valet parks the car and affixes an identifying hang tag on the mirror. The valet can write the location on the plastic key tag and/or enter the it and any other information into the SMS Valet® app.
Request Vehicle
When it’s time to depart, the customer sends a request via text, which the valet receives as a notification on the SMS Valet® app. On the device, the tag will appear Blue representing the “Request” state. After the valet retrieves the vehicle, the tag will either turn Green if customer fees have been collected, or Red if not.
Check-out
Once the customer claims their vehicle, the tag is closed out and removed from the device allowing for re-use.
SMS Valet® app runs on any device loaded with Android 4.0 (Jelly Bean) or higher. See a list of approved devices. A WiFi connection or Data Plan is required.

As with all Self-Parking systems, there must be a way to enforce the parking fees. As with all our products, TEXT2PARK keeps Enforcement easy to implement.
An Enforcement Officer is assigned within TEXT2PARK. Using a free Android or IOS app, the Enforcer will login. As your enforcement officer visits each lot, the screen changes automatically displaying all cars in the lot along with their status.
All cars can be sorted by SPOT number or License Plate for easy identification by the Enforcer. Repeat offenders are highlighted to the Enforcement Officer.
Citations are fully customizable for your company and printed on a Mobile Bluetooth Printer.
Aside from just issuing citations, Enforcement Officers have the ability to text a parker with pre-stored messages like warnings about a flat tire or street cleaning. This gives parkers a great experience knowing you are watching out for their vehicle.
From a customer standpoint, citations can all be paid online with real-time reporting for each of your lots.
