Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
As a direct employee of CFO, operation and development of IT solutions used in the company (Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Navision, O365, Power BI).
Getting to know the company's business processes and its IT aspects, cooperating with internal key users and external partners, managing the development and implementation of appropriate applications, participating in planning and decision-making work.
Participation in the preparation of process documentation, administrative procedures, instructions and testing together with key users.
Participation in the design of the controlling and reporting system, then in the development and continuous maintenance of Power BI queries and reports.
We Are Looking for You if You Have the Following:
Advanced IT or business informatics qualification.
Minimum intermediate English language skills.
5+ years of professional experience in the field of business informatics.
Proficiency in implementing and operating CRM, ERP systems, and business applications.
Structured thinking, recognition of causal relationships.
Thinking in a system.
Excellent process analysis and communication skills.
Dynamics CRM or Dynamics Navision introductory and / or user experience.
Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
Experience in business process management or business analysis.
Database management knowledge.
