The role involves responsibility for overseeing a team of Civil Enforcement Officers. You will also be responsible for each day for all briefing all officers prior to deployment, ensuring they are fully aware of up to date client and management instructions and the conditions out on street.
As a Supervisor you will be office based but will spend up to 80% of your working week managing colleagues on street providing any support, assistance and motivation necessary. Completing abandon vehicle checks, lines and signs maintenance, school crossing patrol checks and management & Car Park maintenance reports.
You will ensure all requirements and instructions from the client are met through all aspects of the Enforcement contract including local Key Performance Indicators, ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained.

You will also ensure Officers are fully aware of up to date of client, management instructions and the conditions out on street.
The supervisors will not be office based but will spend 80% of their time managing staff on street providing any support, assistance and motivation necessary with full compliance from Officers on all KPIs.
Supervisors will ensure all requirements and instructions from the client are met through all aspects of the Enforcement contract ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained.
Prepare reports as required by contract management.
Train all staff in aspects of their job and in Health and Safety.
Ensure suspensions are undertaken and managed effectively.
Ensure lines and signs reports and checks are completed and managed effectively.
To ensure contract standards and quality are maintained at all times.
Keep up to date of legislative and other changes that may affect the operation of this contract.
Contribute to corporate initiatives.
To “cascade” information to all members of staff and maintain good communications throughout the contract.
To Deputise for the Operational Support Managers in their absence.
Ensure overall client satisfaction and attend client meetings where necessary

At least one year’s experience of working in a supervisory role, in a parking or customer services industry.
Able to manage and motivate staff to deliver an excellent level of service
Self-motivated, proactive nature
Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task
Full UK Driving License essential

£24,000 per annum rising to £29,000 per annum after successful completion of probation period
