About The Role

We’re looking for someone with Customer Service/Call Centre experience.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable using complex IT systems & understands the need to maintain high standards in a fast-paced direct customer contact role. They need to be able to deal effectively with issues & problems, using their own initiative & record car-parking & financial data accurately.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure safety, security and service of the car park customers, our client and property
  • Protect the assets and revenues of APCOA Parking UK LTD at all times
  • Complete relevant shift handover documentation to ensure incoming shift is fully aware of issues that have taken place and any planned issues
  • Keep yourself up to date on operational issues
  • Ensure that all incidents are recorded thoroughly and accurately in the appropriate incident reporting tool, with any follow up actions also being dutifully recorded
  • Report to you line manager any element of car park service that might compromise the level of service we wish to achieve as well as any irregularities
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer care
  • Comply with Transport Regulations, Company Procedures, Health and Safety Law and Heathrow Airport Regulations.
  • Respond safely to calls to attend customer service and operational issues within your assigned car parks
  • Restricting access to the control room to ensure is remains as secure as possible
  • Ensure all logs and reports are completed as per any SOP’s
  • Monitor software (CCTV, ANPR, Bespoke, Microsoft) to ensure car parks remain fully operational
  • Reporting any technical issues to the appropriate stakeholder obtaining fault numbers

What you'll bring

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proven Customer Service skills-Previous employment in a customer facing role
  • Be able to open, manipulate and close documents using MS Office suite
  • Ability to be flexible and deliver challenging and demanding targets

What we’ll offer you

  • £20,974.00 per annum
  • 42 Hours per week (6 shifts on, 3 off. 3 Early = 05:00 to 14:00 and 3 Late = 14:00 to 23:00)
