We are looking for customer focussed individuals to join our team in Gloucester. The successful candidate must demonstrate that they have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are able to learn a subject from a position of zero knowledge and have a certain level of competence of computer systems.
What you’ll do
Strong motivational and organisational skills are required to ensure that personal deadlines are met, working with minimum supervision and being an active team member are important
As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for taking payments for parking notices issued and permits
You will also be dealing with enquiries over the telephone and in writing with regards to Penalty Charge Notices therefore, being able to interrogate records and give accurate information is paramount
You will have a key attention for detail based on the relevant legislation
As this is a front-line service, you should have excellent customer services skills and be able to deal with irate customers in a calm, tactful, diplomatic and logical manner.

What we’ll offer you
£17,076.80 per annum
40 hours per week covering 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
5weeks annual leave per annum rising to 6.6 weeks with long service.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, covering Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 17:00pm. This role is a fixed term position that will currently end on 31st March 2020, with a potential opportunity to lead to a permanent position after this date.
