About The Role

Weare currently recruiting for a customer service agent, to join our small teamwithin the UK Customer Service Department.

What you’ll do

Our ideal candidate is someone whom is comfortable using complex IT systems & understands the need to maintain high standards in a fast-paced customer contact role, interreacting with customers in writing and by phone and letters. They need to be able to deal effectively, with issues & problems, using their own initiative.
