Our client is looking for highly customer focussed individuals to join our brand new team in Wigan.
As a Customer Service Agent you will be dealing with enquiries over the telephone and in writing, being able to interrogate records and give accurate information is paramount to this role. You will undertake administrative tasks and ensure that all KPI’s and SLA’s are met. As this is a front-line service, you should also have excellent customer services skills and be able to deal with irate customers in a calm, tactful, diplomatic and logical manner.
Experience of working in a Customer Service environment is derisible but not essential as full accredited training will be provided to all successful candidates.
