The IT Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing a timely, customer focussed and efficient support. You will be responsible for fixing application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on. The position calls for both technical capability and business understanding.
What you’ll do
Application Configuration – understand business needs and ensure systems are configured accordingly.
Analyse application inputs and outputs to ensure smooth business operation is maintained
Setup and maintain application monitoring of business processes to ensure smooth daily running of systems.
Providing a timely, customer focussed, efficient IT support for APCOA operations.
Supporting various parking applications
Logging and managing calls with third party supplies
Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries
There may be the occasional need to provide direct field support (in person) for installations and IT Support
First and second line support for all IT enquiries including bespoke SQL applications and Head Office IT systems
Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
What you'll bring
2+ years hands on systems administration or application support experience
4 years’ experience of working in IT, with some of that experience directly relevant to the industry or technologies used within it
Ideally parking industry or software background
Process orientated and KPI Driven
High Attention to detail and a hunger to improve systems and process
Methodical approach to problem analysis, and active involvement in problem solving
