Operational Support Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive, flexible and committed person to contribute in the running of the day-today operations of the Redbridge Enforcement contract.

What you’ll do

  • Assist the Contract Manager in the delivery of the contract with operational responsibility
  • Monitor budget and contract spend, ensuring effective cost control
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and attend client meetings
  • Reporting on Key Performance Indicators
  • Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identifying training needs for operational staff
  • Identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract
  • Management of all equipment

What You’ll Bring

The following specific experience and skills would be advantageous:

  • 3 years minimum management experience/ Team Manager or equivalent level
  • Excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
  • Worked within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience of implementing effective cost control and understanding of budgets
  • Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports
  • Full, clean driving licence
