For our parking zone in Maasmechelen we are looking for an administrative employee in the parking shop.

As an administrative employee of the parking shop, your duties include:
Creating and editing resident cards on demand
Preparation of cash book (income and expenses)
You speak to customers both in person and by e-mail or telephone
You will be employed for 12 hours a week in a fixed schedule:
Monday: 9am - 1pm
Wednesday: 2pm - 6pm
Friday: 2pm - 6pm
Who are we looking for?
You already have experience in an administrative position.
You have strong PC skills in combination with MS Office .
You speak and write perfect Dutch , knowledge of English and French is a big plus.
You are social , communicative , friendly , but can also act assertively if necessary.
You are stress resistant and always remain calm, even in conflict.
