Job Description

For our parking zone in Maasmechelen we are looking for an administrative employee in the parking shop.

Are you looking for a nice side income? Then you've come to the right place!

As an administrative employee of the parking shop, your duties include:

  • Creating and editing resident cards on demand
  • Complaint handling
  • Preparation of cash book (income and expenses)
  • You speak to customers both in person and by e-mail or telephone

You will be employed for 12 hours a week in a fixed schedule:

  • Monday: 9am - 1pm
  • Wednesday: 2pm - 6pm
  • Friday: 2pm - 6pm


Who are we looking for?

  • You already have experience in an administrative position.
  • You have strong PC skills in combination with MS Office .
  • You speak and write perfect Dutch , knowledge of English and French is a big plus.
  • You are social , communicative , friendly , but can also act assertively if necessary.
  • You are stress resistant and always remain calm, even in conflict.
