Office Manager (Rotterdam, NL)

Nearly 80 parking locations in the Netherlands are currently managed by APCOA Parking.

We are looking for an Office Manager in Rotterdam for 40 hours a week.

As an Office manager you are partly responsible for the ins and outs of the office and you perform administrative and facility tasks. You are in contact with all departments of the organization. You answer the phone and e-mails. You prepare presentations, letters and other communication.

The Activities Include:

  • Taking minutes of meetings and meetings;
  • telephone answering;
  • diary management;
  • Manage Info mailbox;
  • Complaints handling;
  • Control (monthly) reports;
  • Manage office exit tickets;
  • Manage keys, office and work clothes subscriptions;
  • Procurement of office supplies and supplies;
  • Manage rate forms.
  • Manage contract folders (locations, rates and value cards);
  • Support quotation process and sales promotions;
  • Create refunds digitally;

Requirements

  • MBO work and thinking level
  • Excellent experience with the Office Packages
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Organized and accurate
  • is proactive, has a hands-on mentality and can switch quickly;
  • independent, stress resistant and flexible;
  • open and easy going;
  • service-oriented and communicative

Our Offer

  • Salary between €2,180 and €2,700 gross per month based on full time
