Job description

In the position of Project Manager you are responsible for the daily operational management of the 34 parking facilities of one of our clients in the Retail in the Netherlands and Belgium. You work closely with our central control room and external maintenance parties so that all work is carried out efficiently, effectively and to the satisfaction of the client and management. This includes an optimal process for tracing faults as quickly as possible and solving them as sustainably as possible, coordination of preventive maintenance on the locations and equipment. You interact with the various supermarket managers because each location has its own challenges. You are responsible for the purchasing process and budgets and you ensure good reports both internally and to the client. Achieving the KPIs imposed by the clients is leading in all cases. You are part of the existing operational team where you report to the operational director and you lead the location managers who work at the parking locations. Your location is our head office in Rotterdam, but you are usually present at the various parking locations that are spread across the Netherlands.

Job Requirements

  • MBO+/HBO work and thinking level;
  • Experience in managing a team;
  • Experience within the parking world and/or retail is an advantage;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing;
  • You are someone who can switch quickly without losing sight of quality, you are customer-oriented in which the interests of both the client and APCOA Parking are in good balance. You can work well with a remote team and you can give direction in a result-oriented way.


APCOA Parking offers you a challenging and dynamic position within a growing international organization where you are given the opportunity to further develop yourself. This is a full-time position for 40 hours a week, with working days that can be arranged flexibly in consultation. You will be facilitated with a laptop, telephone and car that may also be used for private purposes.

In addition to a fixed salary that is between € 3,800 and € 4,800, we offer you a bonus scheme, 25 vacation days and 8% holiday pay. APCOA Parking also has a good package of secondary employment conditions, such as a pension scheme and disability insurance.
