Associated Time Instruments is a leading supplier of Time and Attendance Systems, Parking and Revenue Control Equipment, and Access Control Systems. Associated Time is looking for a well-qualified candidate to fill the position of Time and Attendance Sales Executive in the Brea-Orange County market. This position will be in addition to our current outstanding team. The primary role of the Sales Executive is to prospect and close new business in Associated Time’s target markets. In doing so, the Sales Executive must qualify opportunities, uncover prospect’s needs, present and demo solutions, and convince potential customers to do business with Associated Time. Sales Executives are also required to grow and retain assigned existing accounts by ensuring that our clients are aware of current and new offerings. Sales Executives work with internal teammates across all departments to maintain customer satisfaction. Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business.
Cold call as appropriate within target market and geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of accounts with quoting opportunities.
Identify potential customers, and all the decision makers within their organization.
Set and conduct qualification, discovery, and demonstration meetings with potential customers and involve Associated Time support resources as necessary.
Create and build quotes that properly address the customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Fulfill liaison role between customer’s technical staff and internal teammates to achieve customer needs.
Ensure customers have full understanding of Associated Time offerings and capabilities and present new products/services.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B outside sales experience in a related industry with a proven track record of quota attainment, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with proper experience base and proven track record.
Computer literate, with experience using Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn CRM systems.
Ability to multi-task; highly self-motivated; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
