CIRCONTROL, the world leader in solutions for efficient mobility, offers an excellent opportunity to develop a professional career in the position of Sales Engineer, for our division of charging products for electric vehicles in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the sale of chargers for electric vehicles produced by CIRCONTROL.
  • Manage, organize, and guide the market development of the designated area, enhancing the sales process.
  • Develop new markets and maintain existing customers/partners with an assigned sales target.
  • Travel monthly to visit new customers and keep existing ones.
  • Make offers and follow them.
  • Identify and contact new potential customers and partners.
  • Have meetings and develop projects with high-level electrical installers.
  • Actively participate in around 2-3 EV sector fairs per year.
  • Act as a link between the market and the company, identifying customer needs, and providing new commercial and technical ideas related to products to develop them.
  • Take part in the development of defined guidelines of product policy, prices, communication, sales, and involvement in new commercial strategies.
  • Any other activity related to your goals as a Sales Engineer.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or at least 5 years of experience in the sale of industrial products.
  • Good technical preparation, with experience in the electrical and electronic sector in national and international markets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and written/verbal communication (English and Italian), with a lot of initiative and enthusiasm about sales.
  • Organizational skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and team working.
  • He must be a sociable and friendly person, used to working and being successful in achieving sales goals.
  • Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and IT Network and good report writing skills.
  • Being able to travel 30-60% of the time.
  • Knowledge of other languages will be appreciated.
  • Proactive, hardworking, marketing-oriented engineer, customer-focused, and motivated to learn and contribute to our business project and develop a professional career.
