Our Technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading computer hardware, software, networks, peripheral equipment and mobile devices; assesses user training needs and trains users in effective use of applications; makes recommendations regarding hardware and software; prepares documentation and provides user assistance to customers. A background in IT and valet parking is preferred.
Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, mobile devices, IP cameras, scanners and related hardware.
Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software.
Strong communication skills – phone, email, and most importantly in person.
Ability to corroborate with sub-contractors, end users and project managers.
Focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Strong server network experience, set-up, hosting, virtualization.
Understand SQL database setup and configuration system installation and support background
Ability to work remotely
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel
Training end users
Must be able to travel (flight, car, train) up to 80%
Must have a good understanding of Windows OS
Must have a basic understanding of electrical wiring
Ability to work volunteer remote shifts at night and weekends
