B2B Team Leader (Rome, IT)

We are now looking for a Team Leader to our B2B sales team in Italy. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company with a strong focus on creating customer value.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader at EasyPark, you have the responsibility for gaining the major part of customer growth in your territory. This implies that you as an individual must only master the key elements within sales (planning, management by objectives, coaching, feedback and training).

In this role, you will

  • Secure usage of our CRM system, sales process and methodology
  • Work closely with each sales rep to ensure they are establishing their pipelines and maintaining them in an intentional manner
  • Listen to sales calls and provide individualized feedback & coaching
  • Determine training needs by participating with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results and working with sales managers to refine training needs
  • Create & contribute new content for sales training
  • Manage effort & sales metrics on a daily basis

Who are you?

  • We see that you are an empathetic person with a certain analytical ability, a great interest in people and in a dedicated way make sure to create the best possible conditions for the sales representative. You are dedicated, responsible, self-driven and get things done with good quality
  • Taking on new challenges with an open mind is obvious to you and you are happy to contribute with new perspectives and ideas
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills. English is the corporate language so good english is required
  • Ability to effectively present information in small groups or one on one
  • We see that you have experience in personnel responsibility and are able shortly to have direct reporting sales representative
