As a Customer Care Representative, you will be part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment at our office in Madrid. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a professional service, high availability and flexibility. You will work primarily with B2C and B2B customers in the Spanish market.
As a Customer Care Representative, the main tasks are as follows:
To be suitable for the role as a Customer Care Representative, we therefore believe that you:
Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish. Spanish as native language is preferred.
The knowledge of one or more of these three languages; Catalan, Galician or Basque will be highly valued.
We are looking for you who has a genuine interest for Customer Service and likes working in a fast-paced team environment. Social team player with a feeling for a professional Customer Experience and independent at the same time.
