Digital Growth Manager (Rome, IT)

We are looking for a young talent based in Rome who will drive the planning and design of future mobility, by proposing initiatives to digitize parking and increase the app’s customer base. The Digital Growth Manager will develop an effective approach as well as lead implementation.

Responsibilities

  • take ownership and be responsible for the growth in customers and volumes in a set of metropolitan areas, among the 20 largest in Italy
  • analyze the current market situation parking and mobility; analyze the customer base (consumer and business) and the setup with parking operators
  • define action plans including specific initiatives
  • work with all departments, in particular distribution, marketing, B2B sales, to implement the plan.

Desired background

  • minimum 3 years experience as a consultant in an international consulting firm
  • experience in technology/digitization projects

Language requirements

  • Italian mother tongue or C2
  • English level B2 spoken and written is mandatory and it will be tested during the first interview

Required skills

  • Business development mindset and an extrovert personality, able to navigate through a complex setup of public administration
  • Knowledge within mobility and parking industry and previous work experience with public administration will be considered a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as deep understanding of stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and ability to quickly understand how to address the partner and/or customers’ needs and how to adapt the EasyPark concept accordingly
