The Role

Our Marketing team is growing! Come and join us in this new role on our exciting journey ahead. We are looking for a proactive and creative Head of PR to drive our brand and growth story towards key segments, reporting directly to the CMO. We are currently active in 17 countries and as Head of PR on a Group level you work closely with our lead agencies, country directors and marketing coordinators. Considering the international scope of the role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all countries to help them reach the next level through conceptual packaging of messaging, stunts and proactive activities. Sharing is caring, so you will secure best practice sharing globally and encourage use of our data to find new stories.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

• Developing and implementing a strategic PR and communications plan supporting the company’s global growth targets such as consumer acquisition, brand awareness, global growth and smart city ambitions
• Partnering with local marketing coordinators and agencies in developing local PR plans in line with the global PR strategies
• Leading and maintaining cross global initiatives. Set up and run agency briefings and processes to speed up local implementation.
• Developing content, storylines, and written materials such as press releases, media advisories, pitches, presentations for the global concepts and news.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external agencies. Support and close local PR agency tenders, agreements and fees when needed
• Leading, developing, and executing public relations initiatives together with our countries that increase EasyPark’s presence in media and building our brand
• Developing storyline, messaging and written material in connection with M&As
• Cultivating, enhancing and supporting meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level, and external audiences including the media and key influencers e.g. political and partners
• Prioritizing media opportunities and coordinating with the appropriate people internally to for example prepare presentations, talking points, and other media relations materials

About you

You love to be creative and to develop relevant and compelling messages and stories, and have exceptional ability to package and present information. On top of that you are a doer with a strategic mindset, who is proactive, result oriented and not afraid to test and learn from mistakes. It comes natural to you to partner and connect with a range of different stakeholders, since you are curious, open and stay close to where it is happening. You have a curiosity for analytics and insights and understands the value of establishing KPIs and reporting for PR. Finally we hope you share the same values as us: to be collaborative and caring, all while acting with courage, welcoming change and having the customer at heart.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

• Extensive experience of managing PR in a fast-paced organization, where you have worked with market PR, corporate PR and crisis management.
• International profile, with a proven track record of managing and implementing successful PR initiatives in a global role with key stakeholders in local countries
• Top-notch communication skills, both in written and verbal form. If native language is both Swedish and English it is a plus. As a minimum fluent in English as most communication will be in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Technology, or Journalism

This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm.
