You will join us as a Junior Quality Assurance Tester based in Stockholm but collaborating with our other development sites. We work with agile teams and your responsibility is to ensure the high quality of the EasyPark app, so it can create magic for our users. Continuously making sure our apps have a solid technical foundation for today and tomorrows millions of users. This can mean leading daily standups in the QA team, sprint planning and coordinating between app and back end teams but also staying on top of what is the latest best practices in app development.
You will work with the app team in collaboration with the PO and other leaders within system development here at EasyPark, both on site in Stockholm and at our other sites in Estonia and Ukraine. Your understanding of app development in combination with agile software development helps you support your team in the best possible way.
EasyPark has a long and successful history working with partners both in Sweden and abroad. This has created a great culture where the difference between being employed or an external partner (consultant) has little impact on day to day business. Here we are all EasyParkers. The team currently consist of mainly consultants; hence no staff responsibility is currently in scope of the role.

Passionate about app developments different aspect. You enjoy helping your team achieve great quality though techniques such as automated testing, deployment pipelines but also the challenge on how to best utilize the latest updates from Apple/Google to build a scalable and easy maintainable app used by millions
Mainly leading by following, you except the challenge of a leadership that is based on your ability to coach your team members and inspire them to accept challenges to change and grow when needed. You also feel comfortable with being the coordinator and sometimes driver, helping team and team members reach set goals
Prestige-less as a person and leader. It’s always about finding the best solution together by providing an environment where people feel free to express their thoughts and collaborate in the most effective way
Familiar with the thinking in Agile and Lean Software development, and how to use different concepts to create an environment where highly effective self-organizing teams can grow and execute
We don’t think on size fits all, but here are some of the things we think as you as a candidate might have to be successful in this role here at EasyPark
Minimum of 2 year of parking industry experience and in-dept knowledge thereof
Academic degree or equivalent relevant working experience
Experience with quality management systems in particular ISO
Experience in working in a multinational team structure and a matrix organization
At least 3 years of experience working with consumer service apps
Experience in concepts around automated testing and continuous integration
Experience from leading solution and architecture discussion within your team
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Good time management skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Swedish is not required.
Valued but not mandatory experience
Experience with A/B testing
Experience with UI/UX work
Experience working with distributed teams
Some of the technology and practices we use today
Native apps in both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) respectively
Micro Services/Java/AWS (For back end services)
