Your Contribution to the Mission

We are currently looking for a talented individual who can become an extraordinary Point of Sale Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for EasyPark’s POS and on-street communication at parking lots all around the world, where you need to use creativity and ingenuity in any means necessary to attract new and existing customers. This also means you have the space to take a proactive role to drive growth based on data analytics and insight from a point of sales perspective. This primarily refers to understanding the dynamic of business performance in relation to different types and segments of parking areas. Translating insight into actionable growth initiatives to enable hyper-customization of POS concepts on an area level to foster growth. It also means that you will need to manage the inventory of EasyPark’s sign inventory of approximately 100 000 signs and make sure they are updated on a frequent basis.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Work with graphic designers to ensure optimization of layout design in terms of conversion effectiveness
  • Manage and maintain the rapidly growing signage base out there in the markets to ensure the process of replacement is operationally optimal
  • Responsible for running (and together with SaaS supplier) manage online ordering portal
  • Use data analytics to uncover growth opportunities on different parking area levels
  • Creatively conceptualize and experiment different POS concept to foster growth that fits different market situations

  • You are eager to learn and improve both professionally and personally
  • You have a data driven curiosity and you see the connection between data and consumer behavior
  • Working on multiple tasks at a fast pace is business as usual for you


  • BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or similar field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in POS marketing, project management or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of stakeholder management and dealing with expectations
  • Well-structured to be able to manage multiple parallel work-streams
  • Fluency in English is a requirement and more languages are meriting. Swedish is not required
