Sales Coach (Stockholm, SE)

The Role

Do you have a passion for sales and coaching others? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a driven Sales Coach that will contribute to growing our business by ongoing coaching and development of our B2B Sales team.

The Sales Coach reports to the B2B Sales Manager and functions as a team captain that motivates Sales Representatives to keep up a high level of activity. The Sales Coach is directly responsible for the overall sales knowledge development within the team and acts as a role model to the other Sales Representatives, as someone that the team respects and has confidence in.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • On-board and train new sales representatives
  • Identify individual and team training needs
  • Design and maintain educational material
  • Set quarterly development plan for each sales rep
  • Evaluate employee’s performance by following the coaching framework
  • Co-listening
  • Systems support and training

About you

  • Goal-oriented, always trying to exceed expectations and goals
  • Self-starter with a doer attitude and ability to take initiative
  • Passionate about understanding human behavior, what makes a person motivated and successful
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as a solid understanding of how to adapt your communication to others
  • You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to influence the people you work with through your collaboration skills
  • You are eager to learn and improve both professionally and personally
  • Ability to handle a broad variety of tasks without prestige
  • You welcome change and new challenges

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Solid background from sales roles in different forms, preferably from an account management role. Experience from acquiring new customers is meritorious.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields.
  • Previous leadership or coaching experience, you take pride in developing and coaching others.
  • Fluent orally and written communication skills in Swedish and English.

This role is based at the Easypark headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
