The Role

This is a rare opportunity to become a part of a growing international tech company, where you will get the chance to work with a great B2B team and provide your expertise on how we best should continue to grow our business on the Danish market from a B2B perspective. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for EasyPark's Danish B2B customer base and channels, and give our inside sales team the right conditions to succeed.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Strengthen the existing team of B2B inside Sales Representatives, through recruitment, onboarding and coaching
  • Maintain a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark's values of being collaborative and caring, while acting with courage, welcoming change and having the customer at heart
  • Maximizing our net growth in numbers and revenue
  • Securing usage of our CRM system, sales process and methodology
  • Participating and contributing in the international sales team of European sales managers, as well as close collaboration with other EasyPark functions

About you

We believe you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and that you are a people person, who is truly passionate about leading a team and seeing individuals learn and grow. As a leader, you set clear expectations and know how to keep the engagement level high and how to bring out the best in each and every one. With you being result-oriented, you make things happen, and inspire others to work towards one common goal. You are by nature a creative problem solver who has the ability to think ahead and know the importance of staying close to the data and analyze the situation to make informed decisions.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

People leadership experience, you take pride in developing and coaching your team
An extensive sales background from direct and/or indirect sales, preferably from a B2b context
Strong language skills in both Danish and English
Educational background within Business or equivalent experience

This role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
