The Role

This is a rare opportunity to become a part of a growing international tech company, where you will get the chance to build your own team and provide your expertise on how we best should establish ourselves on the German market from a B2B perspective. You will be responsible for EasyPark's German B2B customer base and channels, and build an inside sales team from scratch. This role will report to the Head of B2B Sales for EasyPark Group, with a dotted line to the Country Manager for Germany.

You Will Contribute and Make an Impact Through

  • Establishing a new team of B2B inside Sales Representatives, through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching
  • Building a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark's values of being collaborative and caring, while acting with courage, welcoming change, and having the customer at the heart
  • Maximizing our net growth in numbers and revenue
  • Securing usage of our CRM system, sales process, and methodology
  • Participating in and contributing to the international sales team of European sales managers, as well as close collaboration with other EasyPark functions

About You

We believe you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are thrilled to hear that this role is all about building a sales team and establishing and growing our B2B business in the German market. You are a people person, truly passionate about leading a team and seeing individuals learn and grow. As a leader, you set clear expectations and know how to keep the engagement level high and how to bring out the best in each and every one. With you being result-oriented, you make things happen, and inspire others to work towards one common goal. You are by nature a creative problem solver who has the ability to think ahead and know the importance of staying close to the data and analyze the situation to make informed decisions.

Your Background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • People leadership experience, you take pride in developing and coaching your team
  • An extensive sales background from direct and/or indirect sales, preferably from a B2b context
  • Strong language skills in both German and English
  • An educational background within Business or equivalent experience
