The Team

You would join the People Operations team, and as the rest of the business we are growing, exciting times! EasyPark would not be what it is without its people, and we are fortunate to have a central role in driving the culture, the employee experience and the leadership agenda. This is why you and our forming Talent Acquisition team will play a key role in ensuring we continue to find, engage and recruit highly talented people who share the same values as us: to be collaborative and caring, all while acting with courage, welcoming change and having the customer at heart.

How will you contribute and make an impact?

  • By collaborating with all functions at EasyPark, working close to the business identifying future talents
  • With your innovative way of finding and engaging with potential candidates through active search
  • Through your ability to plan, manage and follow through on multiple ongoing recruitment processes in close partnership with the hiring team
  • With your natural and authentic way of assessing and interacting with candidates in interviews to ensure a strong culture fit
  • By creating a great candidate experience where everyone in contact with EasyPark is left with a deeper understanding of our culture and values
  • With a focus on continuous improvement, specifically now when establishing and building our Talent Acquisition function
  • With a passion and curiosity for how we can enhance our employer brand and work towards being an employer of choice

Who are you?

We believe you are a structured, action oriented and self-driven person. You are a humble team player by nature, and have a natural interest for people and human behaviour. You have the ability to take a consultative role and partner with various people in the organisation regardless where they are based. Since this is a new role we believe you are equally curious and energised by the fact, as you are resilient and up to the challenge of forming your role together with us on this change journey. On top of it all, you thrive in an international and multicultural environment where English is the business language and connecting with colleagues remotely is what you’re used to.

Your background

  • An experienced in-house recruiter/Talent Acquisition partner
  • Savvy in utilizing LinkedIn recruiter tool or similar search engine for headhunting
  • Skilled interviewer with a passion for people and understanding human behaviour and how to assess culture fit
  • Experience from an international/global context, collaborating with hiring leaders and candidates throughout Europe
  • Preferably a background of hiring into different business areas, great if you have come across tech & product recruitment
  • Strong communication skills in English, Swedish is not mandatory at EasyPark, we have 30 nationalities and languages represented globally
  • University Bachelor Degree within a field of relevance
