Who We Are

That’s why we’ve made it our goal to accelerate the adoption of electric mobility by bringing the most accessible and scalable charging solutions to the world. However, the transition from gas to electric cars will change a great deal of what we know about transportation. We’re going to need EV charging infrastructure that is accessible, reliable, and future-proof.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to strengthen the existing HR team and support the Technology group and staff functions. You will need to be proactive, organized, able to perform a wide variety of tasks and be passionate about adding value to your business partners. You will join our rapidly growing and successful company, in a fast-paced role and changing environment.

This role is based in our Global HQ in Amsterdam, reporting to our VP HR and Workspace and part of a team of 14 passionate HR colleagues.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Understand the business, build relationships with your client groups and work with business leaders to help them build a successful organization
  • Lead HR-related business initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, L&D plans, etc.
  • Work in partnership with your peer group to ensure projects and services are delivered against business strategy as well as the HR Roadmap
  • To advise, coach and guide leadership teams on how best to ensure they have the right talent in the right roles doing the right work
  • Be proactive in identifying trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions
  • Work closely together with the other HRBP’s as well as the recruitment and the HR Services Team
  • You will ensure local legal requirements are met by studying existing and new legislation. You will anticipate new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • You will be very data-driven and bring analysis results to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field. Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
  • 6+ years of experience within HR in a dynamic company with broad knowledge and experience in human resources management and HR Process
  • Experience working in an international, fast-growing entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
  • A thorough understanding of managing talent lifecycles and resourcing plans
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with multiple business areas to impact business decisions
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to work commercially.
  • Knowledge of Dutch employment laws is preferred
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a pre
