International Marketing Manager (Amsterdam, NL)

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for International Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic international marketing plans for an organization, as well as the localization of marketing & growth strategies for local markets. You will join our team in Amsterdam and report directly to Head of Marketing & Growth.

Your daily activities will consist of:

Global Marketing Execution:

  • Support the planning and delivery of local marketing strategies and initiatives, that match the global marketing plan
  • Support the local positioning, marketing and messaging that aligns with the global marketing strategy
  • Manage and analyze results of all marketing programs and recommend changes to approach based on performance
  • Manage, forecast and maintain local marketing budget & operations
  • Analyze demand for products and services on a local level, establish and maintain contact with new business opportunities in international markets
  • Create, recommend and implement marketing programs and campaigns for products and services in international markets
  • Align and co-define marketing campaigns and automation projects at a local level
  • Develop and coordinate best practices sharing amongst regions

Team Management:

  • Support and manage local marketers, responsible for specific country marketing strategies
  • Plan, track, and report on performance of local markets (from marketing stand point)
  • Prepare & coordinate potential projects between local marketers and the rest of the marketing departments

What we ask from you:


  • BA/BS marketing or business related degree
  • 6+ years experience with inbound marketing & digital marketing management at regional or global level


  • Inbound marketing knowledge
  • Understanding of mobility or IoT industry
  • Proven record on team management across borders


  • Verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent) . Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience with key marketing & sales tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce or Google Suite
  • Working in a collaborative, cross - team capacity
  • A dual - minded approach: highly creative, yet commercial
  • A passion and strong understanding of the industry and the business' mission
