Customer Success Manager (Cologne, DE)

Your tasks

  • You report to the "Director Sales & Marketing"
  • You act as an interface between customers, sales channels, product department / development and sales and actively provide input
  • You independently implement a success strategy with the customer and thus increase use or expand it to other products ("upselling")
  • Together with the "Sales Support Team" you will create offers and contracts
  • You qualify possible customer needs, develop tailor-made solutions and create a suitable offer
  • You actively conduct initial customer contacts (telephone, on-site, events, e-mail)
  • No cold calling

Your profile

  • Experience in the B2B software business with direct customer contact
  • Experience in the parking and / or mobility industry is an advantage
  • You act customer-oriented and can adapt to different characters
  • You love to solve challenges and grow with them
  • Professionalism and creativity in addressing partners are a matter of course for you
  • Organizational talent, initiative and independent, conscientious way of working
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
