Your Tasks

  • With the acquisition, you support existing sales channels in Germany and abroad and convey important aspects of the product portfolio
  • Together with the sales force you maintain the customer relationship and support our customers as part of our "Customer Success" approach.
  • You implement a successful strategy and thus increase the use of the existing product or expand it to other products (upselling)
  • You act as an interface between customer, product department and sales and actively provide input
  • You actively communicate with customers (telephone, email) and manage and organize the appointments of the sales force

Your Profile

  • Experience in the B2B software business with direct customer contact
  • You act customer-oriented and can adapt to different characters
  • You love solving challenges and growing on them
  • You have an affinity for sales
  • Professionalism and creativity in addressing partners are a matter of course for you

  • Fluent in spoken and written in German and English
