You will evolve in a stimulating environment with strong human values, having ambitious development projects. Our Massy-based entity strengthens its teams by recruiting a Mobile Support Technician.

Job Presentation

Under the responsibility of the HUB France Division Manager and the Technical Team Manager, you install and program high-quality parking cashing machines and lifting barriers. Your good understanding of electronic and payment systems allows you to customize them. You support the company in the implementation of innovative technical solutions. You ensure the maintenance and the follow-up of the contracts. Your training in our products and the updating of your knowledge is provided by the HUB division at the Group's headquarters in Italy and by Massy's technical team made up of electrical technicians and a systems and networks administrator.

Your main missions are:

  • Installation of cashing machines, automatic lifting barriers or associated products on construction or renovation sites of car parks
  • Maintenance (troubleshooting) of electrical equipment and networks on customer site or by telephone
  • Configuration and configuration of parking management software
  • Assistance with commissioning installation on customer site
  • Customer training on our equipment and software
  • Privileged support from the sales team for any question and / or technical project
  • Management of technical and administrative tasks internal to the service

Required profile

  • Training level Bac + 2 in electrical engineering or automation
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in customer contact
  • Experience in remote and on-site troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting methodology
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and networks
  • Very good relationship
  • Initiative

  • Notions of Technical English
  • B permit
  • Movements to be expected throughout the French territory

  • Massy (91), with travels throughout France (service vehicle provided by the company for travel on customer site)
