FLASH is seeking a Contracts Administrator with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment to join our Finance & Accounting team to provide high quality contracts review, analysis, and administration. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for assisting and supporting all levels of the organization with the administration of all contracts including establishing and maintaining a contracts repository and database. This position reports to our Contracts Management Analyst under our Finance and Accounting Org.
We are looking for a collaborative team player that can work effectively with staff members at every level of our organization, as well as external clients, vendors and business and legal partners. Given the sensitive nature of the data our team handles, the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness is critical.
Manage record-keeping for all contracts-related correspondence and documentation.
Manage day-to-day contract administration, contract review and related support activities.
Investigate and follow-through on contract issues.
Assist stakeholders by guiding them to appropriate supporting documentation and the appropriate contract template for their needs.
Assist with the beginning to end process for contracts including assisting with approvals or signatures and filing contracts after signature.
Support company-wide efforts to organize, manage, and archive contracts.
Participate in special projects to develop, implement, and enhance processes and policies that improve efficiency and standardization.
Work on various projects to improve/optimize internal operating procedures for the teams.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience with technology companies with a focus on companies with a SaaS business model
3 + years of experience in the field or in a related area - as a contract associate/specialist preferably in a technology or SaaS.
Familiarity with commercial contracts such as master services agreements, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
Strong technical skill set is a must: ability to work effectively with MS Office applications.
Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-growth environment, as well as experience navigating ambiguity.
Able to work independently with limited supervision; excellent project management skills and outstanding communication and follow-up skills to drive process and results to a conclusion.
Analytical ability required to gather and summarize data for reports and find solutions to various administrative problems.
Knowledge of process and practices for managing a variety of contractual agreements.
Excellent judgment and experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, credibility, and character of unquestionable ethical standards.
