Demand Generation Manager Summary

Part artist, part analyst - the Demand Generation Marketing Manager will drive business results, optimize nurture flows, and stay ahead of our customers' needs with creative, value-driven content and concepts. You look beyond the obvious to see the full picture. You like experimenting with new ideas, know how to make them real, measurable, and relevant; always on improving the customer experience with each execution.

What Will You Get To Do at Flash:

  • Design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline
  • Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities, and through post-sale into advocacy
  • Partner with media and communications teams to optimize creative and messaging
  • Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
  • Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed

Who Are You:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS; enterprise experience preferred
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, SEO and paid digital
  • Expertise in nurture path development and end to end customer lifecycle management
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • Experience in HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or comparable marketing automation software
  • Experience in Tableau or BI tools, a plus
  • A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work
