FLASH is seeking a Field Product Trainer to be the subject matter expert on our client’s ever-evolving line of products and conduct in-person training sessions. The training sessions range from one-on-one to large group presentations, with learners who have a broad spectrum of technical experience. The focus of this position will be to educate new and existing customers post installation and assist with parking operation-based issues.
What you'll do:
Travel to new Flash customer locations (nationwide) to train and assist operations on Flash equipment and products
Identify new training needs and create content to address them
Work with customers to understand their unique operational needs and advise on solutions and best practices
Maintain, test, and review existing training materials
Manage and prioritize a training schedule
Collaborate with support technicians to ensure customer training needs and knowledge gaps are addressed
What we're looking for:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience a plus.
At least 2+ years of experience in a customer facing support role required
2+ years prior training experience in an external customer capacity requires
Effective and professional communicator
Ability to resolve problems on-the-spot, calmly, and professionally
Aptitude for technical applications
Experience with troubleshooting methodologies
Strong project management and computer skills
