FlashParking is looking for a creative, driven Mobility Program Manager who thrives on solving complex, multi-stakeholder problems. This role will develop a suite of next-generation service solutions to transform the way the world moves and manages their vehicles as we transform isolated parking assets into connected mobility hubs. The successful candidate will bring core program development and partnership management experience and will partner with strategic customers, sales leaders, product managers, marketing, and senior management to develop programs across the range of global mobility.
Build and execute mobility hub suite of programs including last mile and vehicle services to deliver multiple programs that create value and exceed the expectations of our customers and their consumers
Create customer scenarios and requirements while collaborating on the operational and infrastructure design
Partner with product management and development teams to align priorities, dependencies, and KPIs to ensure end-to-end scenarios come together and realize customer and business value
Partner extensively with the sales teams to identify prime locations and partners throughout all markets.
Drive external thought leadership and build strong networks within the industry to spot and capitalize on opportunities to evangelize Flash Parking as necessary in the mobility space
Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take steps necessary to highlight/remedy
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
This job requires domestic travel of up to 50%.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in Sales or Program Management
4-6 years of program management experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Financial program modeling, performance tracking, and scenario forecasting
Adept at building processes, project management, and release schedules
Expertise working on large and deeply transformative projects
High level of comfort communicating data-driven arguments effectively across internal and external organizations
Experience in developing and fostering customer relationships as a trusted partner
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to frame opportunities from a customer’s perspective
Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers internally and externally without direct authority to drive change at all levels within an organization
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and sell to a large client or cluster of clients
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills along with solid project management
Proven track record in cross-company, collaborative projects
