As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at FlashParking, you will be essential in driving FlashParking’s staffing growth in the US the through your sourcing efforts and ability to build credible relationships with the region’s top talent.
Your willingness to continually build relationships with potential candidates and promote FlashParking’s brand every day is just as important as hiring the right person when we have an open position.
What will you do:
Sourcing prospective candidates through networks and referrals, marketing campaigns, user groups, Internet research, social networking sites, and managing external recruiter relationships
Proactively building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates
Conducting initial candidate screening to evaluate skill set and FlashParking culture fit
Scheduling meetings and/or interviews between leadership and potential candidates
Managing and facilitating FlashParking’s interview process to ensure the process is conducted efficiently and professionally
Negotiating candidate compensation and employment packages
Keeping abreast of trends, developments and industry activities; assessing the competitive landscape; proactively researching and leveraging latest sourcing channels
Maintaining candidate records and activities in Paycom ATS
Aid in a positive onboarding experience
Who are you:
You enjoy working both independently and in a team environment and are passionate about recruiting!
3-5 years’ experience sourcing/recruiting professionals in the US
Independent thinker who is confident and enjoys having ownership of responsibilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized professional with a desire to represent FlashParking and contribute to our reputation and success
Ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
