The UX/UI Designer will work directly with Product Design team, Marketing, Development and internal solutions teams to produce detailed feature designs. This designer will be responsible for designing the UX architecture, interaction flow, and visual aesthetics of our current systems, tools and applications. In addition the UX/UI Designer will be tasked with helping establish and develop a visual design system and style applicable across our Web, Mobile, and Kiosk applications. The Designer will be expected to evolve the current applications into their desired future state.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital enterprise products or software as a service, with strong holistic systems thinking, deep attention to detail, and passion for making difficult tasks into simple and effective experiences for both internal and external customers.
Collaboration and product ownership is critical. This will require the candidate to be a strong communicator, be able successfully align design with the internal and external stakeholder input. Additionally, they must be able to work with ambiguity and deliver designs that improve the FlashParking customer experience.
