Building Maintenance Coordinator (Besançon, FR)


Job Description

Reporting hierarchically to the Facilities Manager, the role of the Maintenance Coordinator is to ensure the active monitoring and conduct of multi-site property maintenance. He is particularly responsible for organizing and coordinating the execution of maintenance and control operations or mandatory periodic checks. As such, it manages outsourced maintenance contracts and economic operators within its scope, coordinates, dispatches and prioritizes the various maintenance activities within the technical team. It also participates in the engineering and rationalization of maintenance through the development of multi-year maintenance plans and outsourced maintenance contracts. Operational, it also performs maintenance work on the site in support of the technical team.

  • Organizes and conducts an annual technical visit of buildings and infrastructures with its technical team on the France perimeter.
  • Contributes to the development and leads a multi-year maintenance plan.
  • Draft the technical specifications for maintenance contracts and contribute to the rationalization of maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance contracts, ensure the proper execution of deliverables, respect for schedules and coordinate the various maintenance stakeholders.
  • Coordinates and organizes with the prevention officer, prior inspections, the development of prevention plans.
  • Manages and coordinates with the prevention officer the mandatory periodic checks and inspections, uses the reports, leads the compliance with internal management or external companies.
  • Ensures the front office of occupant intervention requests (GDI), ensures the timeliness and feasibility
  • Prioritize and dispatch on a daily basis the various missions to a team of 3 to 4 versatile technicians and lead this team.
  • Provide field support for the team (electricity and connected environments, prevention, automation, etc.).
  • Autonomously participates in maintenance actions for all trades as an operational.


  • Holder of a minimum BTS / DUT or equivalent in the field of building maintenance, you preferably have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar function.
  • You are recognized for your coordination skills, your writing skills and your synthesis skills.
  • You have good knowledge of private contracts for new work and building maintenance, you are particularly familiar with standards NF P 03-001 and NFX 60-000 and 60-101.
  • You have a good knowledge of the regulatory aspects of the work environment.
  • Also operational in the field, you must acquire a B2V / BR / BC electrical authorization and you ideally have your CACES 3 and 5 as well as the nacelle (R386).
