The successful candidate will manage the analysis phases of a software project within a project team whose development teams are located on-site in Besançon and off-site via Offshore.
The BA has a key role in software projects. It is the link between software solutions and customer requirements. The BA translates the needs of its customers into new software solutions.
The BA is an expert in ticketing system for transport, involved in pre-sales projects to respond to calls for tenders and demonstrate how the Flowbird solution meets customer expectations. Within a project team, the BA is responsible for the preparation of the specification phases and then pilot the functional construction of the solution with the Development, Integration and Validation team.
Establish the requirements matrix
Propose solution based on Flowbird software including future product orientation
Identify gaps and negotiate with the client
Define and architect new functional requirements and propose a coherent and simple solution
Identify functional risks and circumvention
Project specifications :
Interpret customer requirements and needs,
Help the client to clearly define his expectations and manage the work sessions to define together the needs
Translate and simplify requirements based on the Flowbird software solution
Limit development and find a way to offer the customer our standard solution by explaining why.
Manage requirements and associated communication
Define the acceptance criteria
Examine test cases
Manages change requests and project scope
Formalize and document the functional solution through general and detailed functional specifications
Update the requirements matrix
Constitute the portfolio of features to develop (epics)
Contribute to the definition of the development roadmap based on functional or client priorities
Document the User Story and produce all expected inputs for the development team.
From development to deployment:
Support and support the development team in understanding the solution
Support and support the validation team in the qualification of the solution
Ensure coverage of needs
Guarantee the consistency of the solution
Assist the client and validators in the acceptance phase
Review the user guide
Coordination and continuous improvement:
Improves good practices and analysis processes
Propose the improvement of the software solution
Maintains and improves specification tools
Contributes to the improvement of the team's knowledge
Contributes to the transfer of a project from the construction phase to the execution phase
Ideally derived from a computer systems engineering or other engineering background, you have proven experience in solution functional architecture, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and business model. Offshore delivery. You have knowledge of the ticketing environment. And your IT skills will be a real strength. You master the Agile environment and the implementation of Lean Management.
Recognized for your ability to find creative solutions to complex software problems, you are methodical, communicative and know how to build good relationships with others both internally and externally.
