Duties

Flowbird is growing so it is cracking and now needs to expand with additional customer service division. Following a contract with the City of Stockholm, the influx of customer cases is expected to increase, hence they are now looking for driven colleagues who will be involved and start up the new function. The customer service deals with issues and questions related to Flowbird's proprietary parking app. In this role, you are responsible for managing and managing incoming matters via telephone and email. Your primary job is to find the right solution for the customer and to administer in different business systems. Matters include issues regarding debit cards and logins.

Initially, you are offered an introduction to understand the company's working methods and systems. In this role, you are encouraged to contribute your ideas and suggestions for improvement in processes and systems.

Education, experience and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Previous experience in service / customer-related role
  • Technical interest
  • Fluent in Swedish & English, speech and writing
  • An advantage-  if you have previously worked with telephone as a working tool
  • An advantage-  knowledge in the Nordic languages
