Attached to the customer support team made up of 10 people, the international support engineer will be responsible for providing the functional and technical support necessary for the use of our systems deployed at our customers (cities, operators or distributors) , through our various international subsidiaries.
You will be called upon to intervene in Western and Central Europe, in North / South America, in the Maghreb and the Emirates, in Asia-Pacific.
As a Software / Embedded Systems Engineer, you will forge your functional and technical skills in order to provide the necessary training for current projects and new features of our products.
Part of the activity can be provided by teleworking.
Provide level 2 application support (investigation and functional analysis) of the product ranges of the Smart City entity vis-à-vis our distributors, our level 1 support teams (first contact and incident resolution), our partners and major accounts.
Ensure the internal and external communication necessary for the use and maintenance of our products, for example: functional communication of new versions and technical procedures for support teams
Provide training for our products to the technical teams of the L1 support of the subsidiaries and to the distributors.
Participate in the monitoring of beta-test pilots for new features.
Be responsible for the application of the associated processes and tools, defined by the quality department and the HSE system.
Occasionally carry out audits for our customers or non-subsidiaries abroad.
Coming from a Software or Embedded Systems engineer training, proven experience of around three years in support is a plus.
You are recognized for your technical skills and your ability to manage / prioritize emergencies.
You are also endowed with good interpersonal and communication skills. Faced with customer requests, you know how to be available for optimal listening and quality advice.
Versatile and curious, you are recognized for your adaptability and flexibility within a technical team, promoting autonomy and collective technical problem solving.
Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, Arabic or Cantonese is an added advantage.
