As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for Flowbird Sweden's Operations Department, both strategically and operationally. In the assignment, you are responsible for leading, quality assuring and developing the work in our operational activities, which consist of four departments.

These are:

  • Order & stock
  • Customer service (both 1st and 2nd line)
  • Technical Service
  • Digital Services (onboarding of new customers / services, card administration and invoicing)

You will be responsible for coaching and developing your department heads and creating conditions for the company's employees. Together, you work towards jointly set goals, provide our customers with the best possible service and find new rewarding initiatives for Flowbird. Through continuous contact with our customers, high demands are placed on you to be able to familiarize yourself with the customers' everyday lives and challenges. It is of the utmost importance that you should be able to act in a structured manner, with a secure leadership and values. We are convinced that by having the ambition to work a little more efficiently every day, we create a winning culture and organization.

Some main points in your assignment:

  • Ensure that appropriate KPIs for each department are introduced and that these are followed up regularly.
  • Lead initiatives for process and productivity improvements.
  • Establish and develop clear goals for the organization regarding efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Ensure communication within and between departments to maintain an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Develop budgeting and resource allocation efforts together with other managers
  • Ensure that the company's core values are complied with and goals are set and achieved at all levels

You report to Flowbird Sweden's CEO and will be part of the management team for the Nordic region.

You need to have:

  • University qualifications or have acquired the equivalent through work experience
  • Experience of similar positions
  • Documented experience of efficiency and resource optimization
  • Good and documented leadership experiences

You speak and write fluent Swedish as well as have good knowledge of the English language. It is a merit if you are used to multinational contacts and organizations.

You need to be:

As a person, you must be communicative and independent. You are confident in yourself and your leadership, have high integrity and have an easy time building trust with stakeholders. You must have the capacity to push through your own ideas and improvements as well as be able to create strategic overall solutions. You must be present in the daily activities, have a positive view of people and the ability to create commitment among your employees. You are easy to work with a bunch of highly competent specialists and your operational ability is great. You have a well-developed analytical ability and can handle complex cases with a large number of parameters and proposing preventive measures is an important part of the work. You possess a natural customer and service-oriented way of working.
