Parking Operations Applications Technician (Besançon, FR)

The application operations technician is in charge of the daily operations of the applications hosted at the Data Center and is responsible for ensuring their proper functioning, in accordance with the customer commitments made.

Mission

  • Maintain the operational condition of the hosted applications.
  • Carrying out the application operation (creation of accounts, activation of interfaces for verbalization tools, application update, etc.)
  • Perform technical support at Service Centers.

Profile

You come from a baccalaureate + 2 in the IT field, you have just left your studies or you have a first successful experience in the application field or as an IT operations technician.

You have a team spirit, you are independent, rigorous, and meticulous. You know how to respect the processes, document, and trace your actions.

You are comfortable with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu), you have a general knowledge of system and network operations (ITIL knowledge, databases, application servers, virtualization, etc.)

Your curiosity or your experience allowed you to have notions of a programming language (Python, Perl,…). Having knowledge of the configuration of a web server would be a plus.

You master English and you are comfortable with this language.
