The successful candidate will manage the validation and acceptance phases of a software project within a project team whose development teams are located on-site in Besançon and off-site via Offshore.
This central role helps ensure software quality and customer satisfaction.
A Validation Engineer is a qualified resource that manages, inspects, calibrates and tests a software solution.
The objectives are as follows
ensure that all systems are aligned with customer expectations, operate properly and efficiently to produce high quality products.
analyze the causes of failures and anomalies, participate in solving solutions, and support customer acceptance.
Validation of software:
Interpret customer requirements and needs
Produce validation criteria and test cases that meet the requirements and acceptance criteria
Develop validation timelines
Estimate the costs of the validation phases
Install the test platforms
Test (manually or automatically) the overall solution
Analyze and document test results with the completion of compliance reports
Participate in the resolution of problems seen in the testing phase
Follow validation activities
Approval of projects:
Drive and accompany customer acceptance
Plan branch test surveys and additional tests
Coordination and improvement:
Improve good practices and testing processes
Suggest ways to improve the software solution
Maintain and improve test tools
Contribute to the improvement of the team's knowledge
Contribute to the passage of the project from its "build" phase to its "run" phase.
Ideally derived from a computer system or other engineering degree, you have a proven track record of software validation, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and the business model. Offshore delivery. Knowledge of the environment of ticketing would be a plus And your IT skills will be a real strength. You master the Agile environment and the implementation of Lean Management. Quality assurance certifications are welcome.
