Our company is looking to hire a highly skilled and adaptable Sales and Marketing Assistant who will be working closely with our Sales team to coordinate and implement marketing plans and strategies for our world-class Gold Initiative Program.

The successful candidate will be part of a team to help implement our sales and marketing strategies for growth. Candidate should be familiar with market research, service promotion and providing efficient administrative support to the sales team.

  • Conduct and organize market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Director to identify quality lead generation opportunities from Trade Shows and Conventions
  • Register, plan and organize logistics for promotional events
  • Maintain and update impeccable records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Collaborating with the sales leadership team, internal teams, and channel partners on marketing strategy
  • Assist in monitoring marketing programs and working with the Senior Management team in developing ways to improve those campaigns.
  • Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales leadership team

Successful Candidates Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Related job and internship experience.
  • Digital marketing experience.
